Why Choose Us?
Peek Practice is a contemporary, evidence-informed clinic that provides quality, person-centred care for the management of spine and spine-related disorders (most commonly, neck pain, low back pain and headache disorders). We use various approaches to address our patients’ concerns. We do not “just crack backs” – we draw on a range of techniques to treat the human frame (including soft tissue treatments, joint mobilisations, exercise prescription, and psychologically informed treatment approaches).
Back pain and neck pain are common “life symptoms”, for many the symptoms resolve spontaneously, however for a few the experience of pain is disabling and persistent. This is why it is important to consult and expert early and get the best advice.
At Peek Practice we will give you the best advice, based on the current evidence. This includes self-management strategies, education, and hands-on treatment.

“WE DO NOT JUST CRACK BACKS”
This clinic utilises a biopsychosocial approach to address simple (acute) and complex (chronic) pain conditions from a multidimensional perspective.
